"Les Déplorables" of Miami 9/16/2016.

By Isabel Matos

We are a basket of proud deplorable's in Miami for Trump. How fun, indeed, to have attended the rally at the James L. Knight Center tonight. Although it was not his hugest event, there were at least 3,000 seated in the venue (I asked). For Miami it is good. There was a concert nearby and people here are a bit on the establishment side, not so pro-Trump. A few takeaways from the rally must be shared.

The first was that is not often seen or talked about on television, and that is that Mr. Trump has a great sense of humor. Without going overboard -in a measured tone- he made the crowd laugh a few times. The funniest line was (you had to be there,..) that there is no way Hillary can beat us because
Her people have no enthusiasm whatsoever. They're not going to turn out like we are they don't have the enthusiasm. Who can possibly have enthusiasm? What are you getting?
Okay that's it. It was funny.

The other highlight of course was specifically tailored to the crowd where many cheered his comment about standing with the Cuban people in their fight against oppression from communism. He said
We're on the right side. Great people. Great people. The president's one-sided deal for Cuba and with Cuba benefits only the Castro regime. People are very unhappy about it.
He went on to talk about when President Obama landed the plane in China he had to use the mechanics' stairs to get off Air Force One. When he landed the plane in Saudi Arabia, he wasn't greeted by top officials. Trump got a great response when he said he would have asked to be taken home if he was treated so disrespectfully. So Obama lands in Cuba, he says, and there's no Castro. BIG LAUGH. Again, he said if that was him, he'd ask the captain to take him home.
We have to do great deals before we do anything with Cuba.. We are going to make great deals but we'll do it with democracy and the way we have to do it. We'll do it the right way.
Trump talked about how great Ms. (A.J.) Delgado was, and continued speaking about how deals needed to be done with Cuba and how all the concessions which were given to the Castro Regime were done through executive order which meant they could be reversed by the subsequent president. He said he would not get into a deal unless the Castro regime met our demands of religious and political freedom for the Cuban people, and the release of political prisoners. That was cheered.

You couldn't tell how fast the time went by and it was a speech without notes. I think he will do great in the debates and he should display his great sense of humor. If he does, there's no way we can lose!

Mayor Giuliani, Reince Priebus and new Senior Adviser for communications, A.J. Delgado, were there to talk before he did. Some got snapshots of them in the lobby before they spoke. I had the great pleasure of meeting special guests there who organized the Blacks for Trump group. It was interesting to listen to what they had to say. Mainly they supported Trump because of national security reasons, and he's not for high taxes. He's not perfect but has the right mindset. They just don't trust Hillary or her bad karma. They are Republicans for Trump and were very excited to be there.

Here are a few pictures of the event. Enjoy.

Taste of South Florida Supporting Trump

I was at two rallies for Donald Trump on 9/11 weekend. One event was held at Tropical Park in South Miami, the other at Doral, a community known for its high concentration of Venezuelan Americans and the headquarters of Univision. I am proud of Miami's diversity and hope you enjoy a glimpse of it from the highlights captured below where women, blacks, Venezuelans, Cubans and veterans all came together to support our nominee.

First, the video of the event at the park where a group of patriots has been gathering since 2009. From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. they protest Obama, open borders and corruption. They also rally for freedom, grassroots candidates, and issues protecting our rights such as the second amendment:  The second event took place from the Fire Station across Univision where Trump has a resort nearby.

The Millions Obama Wants to Send to Rebuild Gaza Must Be "For The Children"

Dear Bleeding Anti-Israel Hearts for "the Children" .. When will you shut up and do something to help the kids and not use them as pawns. How about blaming their parents for the hatred. Shame on all of you Hypocritical Libs! Is this where Obama's administration wants to send millions of our dollars.. to rebuild Gaza? Disgraceful!

This was shared by a friend who is not a journalist. The pictures are credited, however.
